GUMBO 3.0 (Non-Deployment)

GUMBO 3.0 is the nation’s first non-deployment program, which will leverage all funds not needed as direct investments in broadband infrastructure through GUMBO 2.0 to support other efforts to elevate Louisiana’s ability to compete in today’s connected world and improve quality of life for Louisianians through better, more reliable internet service.

Through the GUMBO 3.0 program, the state is distributing over $500 million in BEAD funds across state agencies, economic development organizations, academic institutions, healthcare associations, and other organizations that will help address gaps in critical areas like education, workforce development, economic development, agriculture, and healthcare.
